This poster coincided with Marc Bell’s Comic and Book Workshop, which was co-organized with the Owens Art Gallery Education to Schools program in fall 2002.

Funded by a special grant from the Canada Council for the Arts and with additional funding from the Town of Sackville, the Owens Art Gallery enhanced its regular education to schools program with a series of special workshops and artists’ residencies organized by Fredette Frame. The first of these was given by Vancouver artist and cartoonist Marc Bell who conducted workshops in Sackville schools.
