This publication coincides with the exhibition Life’s Feast: 2 against 1 held at the Owens Art Gallery from 20 January to 27 March 1994.
Life’s Feast: 2 against 1 deals with the theme of food as a symbol for overabundance, and the imbalance it creates as a consequence. Hague blurs the lines between food and cultural consumption by playing with representation.
This publication includes an introduction by Libby Hague and an artist biography.
