Two hands hold up a white softcover book. On the cover is a painting of an upside-down textured blue arch with yellow, orange, and green dots appearing within it. The background is white with smudges of blue, red, and green paint.

This publication coincides with the exhibition Gershon Iskowitz held at the Owens Art Gallery from 3 December 1976 to 4 January 1977.

Gershon Iskowitz’s large paintings show his profound love for the medium. The exhibition presents an arrangement of his later colour-field paintings and experiments in watercolour that demonstrate his mastery in understanding colour.

This publication includes an introduction by Geert van der Veen, an artist biography, and a list of works featured in the exhibition.

Two hands hold open a book to a two page spread. Each page contains an image of an abstract painting composed of similarly-sized dabs of paint in a range of values.
