Two hands hold up an exhibition publication. The cover features a photo of a headless mannequin with a wide rib cage and thin waist wearing a metal bust based on 19th century dress patterns.

This publication coincides with the exhibition Geometry of the Body: Recent Work by Ruth Scheuing held at the Owens Art Gallery from 30 October to 29 November 1992.

Geometry of the Body is a combination of two installations by Ruth Scheuing created while she was living in Sackville from 1991 to 1992. The installations, called Anatomy of a Suit and Busts Nos. 1 to 7 are analyses of the construction and deconstruction of clothing from a feminist point of view.

This publication includes an essay by Gemey Kelley and an artist biography.

Two hands hold open a publication unfolded to a three page spread. There is an image on each page. The images, from left to right, are: a metal bust, a dress pattern, and sewn plaid fabric.
