Two hands hold up a softcover book with a pale yellow cover. The cover has a watercolour painting of a Mediterranean town on a bright, cloudy day.

This publication coincides with the exhibition Frank D. Allison – Forty Watercolours held at the Owens Art Gallery from 6 October to 3 November 1985.

This exhibition was organized to honor the late painter Frank Drummond Allison. Through the generosity of his niece, Doreen Allison Tuomola, a collection of forty watercolours were able to be shared with the public.

This publication includes a forward by T. Keilor Bentley, an introduction by Robert Percival, an artist biography, and a list of works featured in the exhibition.
