This publication coincides with the exhibition Earth Skins: Three Decades of Drawing by Susan Wood, curated by Susan Gibson Garvey held at the Owens Art Gallery from 13 January to 26 February 2012.

Susan Wood’s work of the past decade embodies the idea of finitude, reflecting on mortality and loss.

The publication includes a preface by Ingrid Jenkner, a foreword by Gemey Kelly, and an essay by Susan Gibson Garvey.
