Each year, the Owens Art Gallery collaborates with the Fine Arts Department, Mount Allison University, and Struts Gallery & Faucet Media Arts Centre on a visiting artists lecture series. This program features contemporary local, regional, national and internationally recognized artists and curators at various stages of their careers.
Talks and events at the Owens provide a vibrant forum for intensive dialogue. With the participation of artists and curators through interaction and exchange with our community we actively engage in national and international discussions of contemporary culture and engage with a wider range of artistic media and practice.
Our programs are always free of charge, friendly and sure to fuel conversation.
