This publication coincides with the exhibition 35 Women Artists: Works on Paper held at the Owens Art Gallery from 6 October to 1 November 1988.

Forty-two works by thirty-five women artists emerge from the permanent collection to highlight the challenges the female artist faces in the art world.

This publication includes an introduction by Kim Leaver-Graff and a list of works featured in the exhibition.
