On an earthy red clearing, a grey steel drum is wrapped by flames from a bonfire. Smoke billows out from a rectangle cut into the side of the drum, mixing with the dark grey sky in the distance.

About this exhibition

A major retrospective exhibition of approximately 70 paintings, drawings, and journal sketchbooks by Nova Scotia artist and Mount Allison University Fine Arts graduate Tom Forrestall, spanning several decades of his artistic career.

Curated by Tom Smart and organized by the Art Gallery of Nova Scotia.
